Microwave Cream Cheese Corn


1 pound bag frozen corn

1/2 stick real butter

3 oz. cream cheese

salt & pepper to taste


Put corn, cream cheese and butter in a large bowl (do not thaw corn). Place in microwave and cook on high for 5 minutes. Pause the microwave after 2  1/2 minutes and stir mixture. Then finish microwaving for the remainder of the 5 minutes.

Serve while hot!
