Rosemary Chicken


• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

• 1 t fresh rosemary, chopped

• 1 t fresh sage, chopped

• 3 garlic cloves, minced

• 1 T grapeseed oil

• 2 T red wine vinegar

• . t honey

• . t salt

• . t pepper

In a medium bowl mix rosemary, sage, garlic,

grapeseed oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Add

chicken and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate

for minimum 1 hour, up to 24 hours. Preheat the grill

to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade, and

grill for 8 to 10 minutes per side.
